It all started when Abraham’s phone wouldn’t stop ringing.
After years in the hospitality industry, Abraham had become the go-to person for anyone needing help while away from their vacation homes. Whether it was checking on properties, overseeing construction, or offering insider recommendations, he became the trusted friend and manager for so many. But it wasn’t until his phone became a 24/7 buzz of requests that we realized something: there was a need for a more structured, professional solution—and we could fill it.
With years of experience already under our belt, we decided to take the leap, formalize our services, and make it official. Together, we launched Pescadero Property Management, driven by our love for the region and our commitment to offering top-tier property management services for both homeowners and guests.

👨💼 Meet Abraham – The Heart of the Operations
I’m Abraham, and I’ve been in the hospitality industry for over 10 years, working my way up from waitstaff to management, and eventually founding my own property management business. I’m the hands-on manager, ensuring that our team and properties are running smoothly. I oversee day-to-day operations, property inspections, and all things related to repairs and renovations.
Originally from Pescadero, I studied Turismo at the university in Cabo and honed my skills at renowned places like Rancho Pescadero, Desert Moon, and Surf Town. One thing I love about our business is being bilingual (English/Spanish), which helps us provide a seamless experience for both local contractors and international guests.

👩💼 Meet Meagan – The Visionary Behind the Scenes
Hi! I’m Meagan, and I’m the one behind the computer, making sure everything runs smoothly. With a background in corporate sales and recruiting, I’ve always loved creating systems that work efficiently, which is exactly what I do for our business. From website management and accounting to marketing and social media, I’m your point of contact for the business side of things. I’m passionate about making our properties look their best and helping homeowners with sales, marketing, and business development.
I’m originally from Charlotte, NC, where I worked as a Corporate Recruiter before moving to this beautiful part of the world. My political science degree and experience in corporate America have equipped me to handle the logistical side of our business, while my love for design means I get to work on making everything look as beautiful as it functions.

With 20+ years in hospitality between Cabo and La Paz, Victor is the glue that holds everything together. He makes sure all of our operations run smoothly, from guest relations to daily logistics. Victor, also bilingual, is always available to answer any questions or address concerns.

A local native of Pescadero, Yury’s meticulous attention to detail ensures that every home is spotless and welcoming. With 10+ years at Desert Moon Hotel, she knows the importance of cleanliness and perfection in every turnover.

Head Gardener
Salvador has managed gardens at Oystera in Todos Santos and now oversees all of our properties' landscaping. His expertise in local flora helps ensure that each property’s garden is always in bloom and beautifully maintained.
